Lucy Watts represents the Flexible Space Association's office broker members at meetings of the Board.

Lucy is Executive Director, Operator & Landlord Solutions (UK & EMEA), at Instant Group. She is is responsible for Landlord and Operator solutions, with over 14 years’ at The Instant Group and a wealth of industry knowledge and relationships with our partners. She previously headed up the broking division working with both SMEs and large corporates.

Lucy currently leads Instant’s Flex Data & Insights service, helping landlords, operators, agents and investors gain insight on the sector which drives growth, investment and performance improvement across existing portfolios.
