Richard McVay

Vice-Chairman of the Board

Richard McVay has worked for IWG, the world’s largest flexible workspace provider, since 2015, and is Director of the Global Supply Chain Programme.

During that time the group have expanded and introduced several new brands to the UK, as well as evolved the products and services to meet the changing needs of flexible workspace clients. The role involves leading the UK field teams across the different brands and working to maximise the performance of the growing portfolio of businesses whilst delivering leading customer service and community engagement programmes. Prior to that Richard worked in senior roles in the Automotive Industry.

Richard is Vice-Chairman of the Flexible Space Association's Board.
